I am a womb healer, high priestess, holistic health practitioner, and spiritual counselor. But more than that...
I am a vessel. A guide. A mirror. A remembrance.

My journey didn’t begin in the light. It began in the shadows—through my own cycles of trauma, grief, loss, and rebirth. I know what it means to hold pain in the womb... to carry silence where there should have been support... to forget the power pulsing within our sacred center.

And I also know what it means to reclaim it.
To restore the voice of the womb.
To rise as priestess.
To glow from within.

At Heal, Grow & Glow Wellness, my mission is to create sacred spaces—both physical and spiritual—where women can release what no longer serves, remember who they are, and return to their divine essence.

Whether through womb energy healing, yoni steaming, detoxification, full moon ceremonies, or spiritual training, every offering is rooted in my belief that:
